11.2 Consequences of Closure. Upon closure of an Account for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the Operator's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting. Where an Account is closed for a reason unrelated to Member misconduct (e.g., voluntary closure), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Member via the payment method on file.
